Please remember that dinner is never served when we first meet on the first night.  Only Snacks will be provided. Fees are based on double occupancy so we need to know early on if you want a private room at an additional cost. We will be working with you from the time we meet for breakfast until the time we all go to bed.  Makes for a very productive day!!
