HEATH BARS

Can't go wrong and easy to do. Don't even have to know how to bake!

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and then use butter flavored Crisco shortening over the foil including the edges to stick the foil to the pan.

Line the cookie sheet with graham crackers. Fill up spaces with broken pieces and crumbs if necessary.

Melt 2 sticks of butter and 1 cup brown sugar together. Cook for 2-4 minutes until this bubbles.

Pour over the crackers.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 6 minutes. Do not over bake.

Remove from oven and immediately put one 12 oz. bag of chocolate (or
peanut butter chips as a change). Spread evenly. Put lots of chopped pecans or
walnuts on top and press them down into the chocolate. I usually use 2 cups or
so.

Let them cool completely. Cut them by using a long knife and pressing it down
into the cookie. Works better than trying to slide the knife through.
